Clicklaw Wikibooks are plain language and collaboratively developed legal publications that are published and updated on a wiki, where they can also be printed out and downloaded. They are free to share with British Columbians seeking reliable and up-to-date information about the law.

They range in size from small booklets to 1,000+ page manuals covering a range of topics, such as:

Access is important, so we work closely with the LawMatters program, ensuring that our print publications can be found on the shelves in public libraries across the province.

Many legal professionals and law-related non-profit organizations contribute content and updates as needed, while Courthouse Libraries manages the platform and helps recruit volunteer authors and reviewers. Clicklaw Wikibooks, relies on the guidance of our Advisory Committee, which includes contributor organizations and other stakeholders from the legal and library community.
