Have you heard about Lawbster or the Family Law Organizer (FLO) community for family law professionals?
Managing knowledge for the legal community is Courthouse Libraries BC’s primary mission. While much of this knowledge is contained in the published works and subscription databases that comprise CLBC’s collection, legal professionals themselves may be the most prolific producers of legal knowledge.
Lawbster (www.lawbster.net) is a closed online community platform designed to let peers connect, collaborate and share the knowledge they create with each other. Accounts are free to legal professionals who want an online space to work together. Only logged in users can see or search what’s on Lawbster.
The data on Lawbster is Canadian-hosted and controlled by CLBC. We created Lawbster to be a free, accountable, secure, and trustworthy tool for lawyers and legal professionals who want to connect with one another based on shared interests or areas of practice.
